Political Science Professor Suggests Georgia’s Ballot Application Process is a Fault Line for Litigation

Michael McDonald, an elections expert and political science professor at the University of Florida says the debate in Georgia surrounding mailing out ballots to active registered voters only is “likely to be a fault line for litigation moving forward,” according to an article by ABC News published April 22, 2020.
