Gwinnett County Board of Elections Special Meeting 10/09/20

Agenda approved 

Tested ballots to ensure accuracy for November 3. Kristi assured the systems are working accurately. The results showed ballots there were scanned more than once to test for accuracy. 

Mr. Stephen Day did ask about safety concerns with the internet, systems, etc., and Kristi mentioned Homeland Security does notify them and the secretary of state if/when necessary. 

 Approval of Testing Logistics – Approved 

Public Comments: 

Diane Fisher – no comments 

Gallery Romentumdrum: (probably got the last name wrong) Council for Approval for Justice – voters could face long lines, lack of instruction and clarity from the state increasing the risk of machine issues, and a few other comments

Wendy Aina – thanked them for the virtual meeting
