CALL TO ORDER: 

Stephen Kelehear, Chairman board member called the Special called  December 23, 2020 meeting to order at 8:00 A.M.

A. Challenge of Electors for the January 5, 2021 Runoff Election from  Carly Drobnick

PUBLIC HEARING: 

NA 

DISCUSSION: 

Based on information and research, the Whitfield County Board of  Elections and registration has voted 3-0 that probable cause does not  exist under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-230 to challenge the 175 voters received in  the email from Whitfield County Resident Carly Drobnick on Monday  December 21, 2020.
