The Peanut Gallery Needs Volunteers!

The Georgia Peanut Gallery is seeking volunteers to join in our mission to monitor county-level political processes so that we can hold elected officials accountable to their constituents.  We are committed to ensuring that people are aware of any decisions that officials make that directly impact their voting rights and overall election experience, and are looking for people to help support us in that mission.

Peanut Gallery volunteers are the key to our mission’s success, as we rely on them to be the primary people attending the local board of elections meetings where such decisions are discussed.

We are looking for citizens who are willing to attend meetings in their home counties and take notes on the important business being conducted by their local board of elections members so that we can then publicize those notes to ensure that officials are appropriately held accountable.

Volunteering with the Peanut Gallery is easy and requires a low time commitment. Volunteers are not required to have any previous experience and will be appropriately trained and managed by our team. Opportunities are open to any civilian who is interested and willing to offer their time and effort to support our mission.
