Discussion
S. Kelehear asked for a description of the ballot counting requirement. Bryson explained each precinct will tally the number of ballots and compare to the scanner count on election day. Cowan said that rule is being challenged, and they have no guidance from the Secretary of State.
Bryson said the Superior Court held a meeting with the elections office and law enforcement to plan for security during the election.
