Old business
R. Cowan asked about the polling place move for precinct 4A. Heath Frazier said they are waiting the precinct cards to mail. What feedback they have gotten has been positive.
New business
Frazier gave the board an overview of the dates related to the November election. He gave dates for advanced voting, applying for absentee ballots, and submitting absentee ballots. This info is also on their web site. Responding to a question from Cowan, a staff person said they do not anticipate a problem getting poll workers.
