Approve Managers for Upcoming Election
All 31 managers have been trained and are ready for the upcoming election. None have never worked an election before.
Unanimous vote on the approval.
Early Tabulation of Absentee Ballots on Election Day
Tabulation starts at 4pm on Friday, May 20th.
Duties of the Board on Election Day & Certifying the Election
May 27th at 4pm: election certification
General Primary Runoff, July 26th (if needed)
In the statewide races, a runoff is likely. At the Hall County level, the board doesn’t anticipate any runoffs.
Budget
Still being worked on. Not being publicized yet but it’s been presented to the commissioners.
Note: Hall County now has 103,340 eligible voters.
