Cobb County residents over the age of 60, may have received two absentee ballot applications in the mail. According to the Cobb County Elections website, that is because Cobb County decided to send out applications to its seniors March 23, prior to the Secretary of State’s decision to mail out the applications to every registered Georgia voter. Due to Coronavirus-related printing difficulties, the State applications were delivered prior to the Cobb County applications. Both applications are valid.
