Board Members Present Board Members Absent  Phil Daniell Neera Bahl (Prep Center) Darryl O. Wilson, Jr. Jessica Brooks (Prep Center) Fred Aiken 

Others Present: Gregg Litchfield, Janine Eveler 

Chairman Daniell called the meeting to order at 7:27 p.m. 

Mr. Daniell moved to recess at 7:27 p.m. Mr. Wilson SECONDED. APPROVED 3-0. The board observed the election returns. 

At 2:03 a.m., Mr. Daniell reconvened the meeting.  

Mr. Aiken moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:03 a.m. Mr. Wilson SECONDED.  APPROVED 3-0.
