Board Members Present Board Members Absent  Phil Daniell Fred Aiken (Prep Center) Darryl O. Wilson, Jr. Neera Bahl

Others Present: Gregg Litchfield 

Chairman Daniell called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 

Mr. Daniell moved to recess at 7:01 p.m. Ms. Brooks SECONDED. APPROVED 3-0. The board observed the election returns. 

At 10:37 p.m., Mr. Daniell reconvened the meeting.  

Mr. Wilson moved to adjourn the meeting at 11:00 p.m. Ms. Brooks SECONDED.  APPROVED 3-0.
