Chairman Daniell called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

• To request approval to change the polling location for precinct Acworth 1B from Acworth Beach House, 4425 Beach St., Acworth, GA 30101 to Acworth Community Center, 4361 Cherokee st., Acworth, GA 30101, effective November 3, 2020.
• There were no public comments

Mr. Aiken moved to approve the polling location change. Mr. Wilson, Jr. SECONDED. APPROVED 4-0

Tab 3 – Public Hearing:

• To request approval to change the polling location of precinct Shallowford Falls 01 from Harmony Grove Baptist Church, 4207 Shallowford Rd., Marietta, GA 30062 to Shallowford Elementary School, 3529 Lassiter Rd., Marietta GA 30062, effective November 3, 2020.
• There was no public comment

Ms. Brooks moved to approve the polling location change. Mr. Aiken SECONDED. APPROVED 4-0
