  o Justin Law – not sure of role (sat near the Board but to the side)
  o Paige Thompson – Elections Manager
• Quorum and everyone present
• Motion to adopt the agenda- voted to approved
• Motion to adopt minutes from Feb. 13, 2024- voted to approve
• Public comments on agenda items:
  o Minor Election Day jitters – voted today about 7,000
  o Total count 10,492
  o 12.2% total
• Business item added
  o Contract with Brenau U. (no action and no discussion)
• Public comments on non-agenda items – no comments
• Confirmation of next meeting: March 15, 2024
• Executive Session (began 6:10 pm)
• Go into Recess instead of adjourning in case there are issues with today’s election.
