Called to order
Agenda amended to include public comments

Diane Fisher from the League of Women’s Voters: These challenges to the voters should be dismissed as they are an attempt to oppress the vote.
Loretta: I agree these challenges should be dismissed
Vangundy: Challenging voters who he believes according to the national voters address registry
Vangundy: Legitimate voters can easily solve this but there is reasonable assumptions that some are not Georgia citizens
Stephen Day: Over 15,000 voters this is list maintenance. We would have to give them 90 days notice. This is NOT a challenge nor is it legal on the federal or state level. The law would be being violated here in several places if we upheld this.
Vangundy: I am presenting this under 230 and not 229. This is about curing the rolls not purging them.
Stephen Day: 230 is individualized and does not apply here with 15,000.
Alice: This is a problem with the county.
Wandy: We have an election going on right now. This is conveniently inconvenient.
Melanie Winston: This is against the law and there is strong indication we will face lawsuits upholding this. This list does not indicate if changes are temporary or permanent and is often not accurate
Alice: Is the postal service not evidence.
Melanie Winston: No as it is not specified and not indicative of permanent change

Loretta: Thank you to the board members who denied the challenge
Female Speaker(could not hear name): I am disappointed in the board that denying the challenge wasn’t unanimous
